Experimental study on machining of AA7075 using Taguchi method

چکیده
Abstract The machining parameter during milling process plays a very important role in the of various materials. In this study parameters such as feed, speed spindle, depth cut has been studied considering AA7075 aluminum material and its effect on surface roughness workpiece have studied. These types are commonly used aerospace, defense, marine automotive industries due to high strength weight ratio. optimization these done Grey-Taguchi method. From it can be concluded that good finish achieved by controlling parameters. results cutting speed, feed is significant compared cut.
